Battery and Battery Pack Assembly

Custom Manufacturing for Your Application

A battery or battery pack consists of multiple cells. These cells are typically connected in both series and parallel configurations to meet the required specifications. As a system integrator, we work closely with you to develop technically sophisticated battery and battery packs. We use only high-quality batteries and cells from reputable manufacturers for our products. Under stringent safety standards, we produce custom battery packs for every application and industry.

We assemble your individual battery packs from small series to large quantities. Initially, we create samples that you can test. We are happy to provide personal consultation to help define your specifications.

Please send us your inquiry, and our technical advisors will get in touch with you.

PROJECT PHASES OF BATTERY PACK ASSEMBLY

With over 45 years of experience in battery pack manufacturing, we are here to support you competently throughout the entire project process. A high standard of quality, transparency, and close collaboration with our clients are essential for the successful implementation of projects.

A dedicated contact person will be available to you throughout the entire project. We will keep you informed about all significant developments.

Overview of the project

1. Needs analysis

We start by analysing your technical requirements.
We develop a system solution for your application.
We identify the framework conditions required for the battery pack.

2. Development

Our engineers develop the appropriate components according to customer requirements, such as

Design & housing - housing development with the latest CAD software
Electronics - electronics design with EDA software
Software development and BMS parameterisation

3. Prototyping

The development team creates an initial prototype that is subjected to further tests. The design structure and initial electrical functions are checked in this phase.

4. Tests & Certifications

In our in-house test laboratory, the battery pack is tested according to the customer's load profile, for example for cycles and climate compatibility. A precise analysis of the pack's technical requirements and a careful examination of the materials are part of the testing process.

Safety and transport certification, which are particularly important for international markets, are carried out at the customer's request. This includes, for example, EMC testing, a component of the EU Declaration of Conformity, IEC and UL test reports.

5. series production

Once all tests have been successfully completed, series production begins. We work according to the lean manufacturing concept and thus ensure not only an efficient use of personnel and resources, but also optimise production costs with our production lines tailored to your product. Further information on production can be found on our Productionsite website: Production page.

6. Recycling Concepts

We are aware of our responsibility in dealing with environmentally incompatible materials. That is why the proper disposal of batteries is important to us. Please contact us, we will be happy to assist you with the process.

High quality is our commitmen

All our processes and cooperation with our suppliers and partners comply with the requirements of ISO 9001.
In the area of medical products, we also fulfil the requirements of ISO 13485 at the customer's request.
