Before we begin with the development of your specific battery pack, our technical customer support will clarify your requirements in a checklist for battery packs. These can be e.g. specific requirements to the ambient temperature, the electronics and software or to the casing of your rechargeable battery packs.
Once all requirements have been clarified, we develop and construct your customer-specific battery pack and later take over certifications. Among other things, the current legal regulations and customer requirements regarding international approvals (UN transport test, UL, IEC 62133) are taken into account.
OMNITRON covers the entire range of development of your protective circuits, battery management systems and electronics, from standard systems to user interfaces with CANBUS, SMBUS, PMBUS, I²C, etc.
Specific feasibility studies are also possible in accordance to customer requests. Our team will also be happy to develop the right charging technology for you according to your technical requirements or select a suitable charger or power supply from our partner suppliers for you.
After completed development, the result reaches our serial production.
