Safety in the production process
- Several qualified, state-of-the-art production lines are available for project-related assembly. Special ESD standing/walking workstations (ESD = Electro Static Discharge) prevent the problem of electrostatic charging. Immediate or consequential damage to electronic products resulting from this is therefore ruled out at OMNITRON.
Quality Controls
- Permanent quality controls during ongoing production and the final inspections guarantee 100% function reliability. Whether measurements according to drawings, heat cabinet tests, voltage and capacity tests, functional tests of individual components or assemblies, tear-off tests or simulation of the finished application - our controls and tests are state-of-the-art and extensive.
Documentation
- In accordance with our DIN EN ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications, we verifiably document the individual tests for you during production. Our test certificate with all test characteristics provides information about the conducted tests and the results. The declaration of conformity confirms compliance with the specified properties of the individual components.
Our stock
- Large quantities of battery cells, such as lithium batteries and lithium accumulators, are constantly kept in stock in our central warehouse to ensure a fast and reliable supply to our customers.
- Lithium-ion warehouse
Lithium-ion batteries are stored in a separate area that is insulated by a firewall.
Packaging and shipping
Packaging and shipping are carried out in accordance with your individual specifications, e.g. batch identification to enable traceability. Our employees are trained in handling and transporting dangerous goods. All current legal requirements are observed as a matter of principle. After all, our high-quality product should arrive safely and in perfect condition.
