Development of a battery pack for a pitch system in a wind generator.

  2. Rapid project management with housing development, implementation of electronics, and complex final testing
  3. EMC testing with prototypes at Test Lab in Blomberg
  4. Weekly technical and project meetings

  • Development of an optimized production line using the copper welding process
  • Supply chain management: Qualification and selection of key cell manufacturers with the supplier. Drafting of supplier contracts
  • Production of several thousand battery modules per year and installation of > 1.5 million cells per year for various ships and ferries
