- Rapid project management with housing development, implementation of electronics, and complex final testing

- Development of an optimized production line using the copper welding process
- Supply chain management: Qualification and selection of key cell manufacturers with the supplier. Drafting of supplier contracts
- Production of several thousand battery modules per year and installation of > 1.5 million cells per year for various ships and ferries
